Sungrow has successfully awarded the contract of Shanghai Hongqiao pivot 6.68 MW PV power generaion project
Recently, Sungrow has officially signed the supply contract for project of Shanghai Hongqiao passenger station solar PV power generation of Beijing-Shanghai express railway with the Third Design Institution Group Co., Ltd of Ministry of Railways, and Sungrow Co., Ltd will supply PV inverters and auxiliary facilities of 6.68 MW for PV power plant of Hongqiao passenger station.
According to contract, Sungrow Co., Ltd will supply power entry equipment of 6.68 MW for this PV power plant, including 12
grid-connected inverters of 500KW, which have passed through China “Golden Sun” certificate and many international authoritative certificates, and whose reliability, transfer efficiency, electrical energy quality, and other technical indexes have reached international advanced level. Meanwhile, our company will provide auxiliary facilities for power plant, such as DC distribution, PV array convergence, communication, monitors and softwares.
While Beijing-Shanghai express railway pivot project has attracted the global attention, the construction of Shanghai Hongqiao railway station has been under close attention. The large-scale PV power generation system, which is relying upon roofing, is invested by China Energy-Saving Development Company with total installed capacity of 6.68 MW, and annual design power generation of 6 million KWh, which can reduces carbon dioxide emission of 5000 tons. It is another important energy-saving and emission-reduction project following large-scale PV power generation project of Shanghai Expo pavilions.
